Of course ?. For a GF option, they taste better to me for some reason.

Yes, if you need GF, I think going in a really different direction is better than trying to duplicate. When my son was eating GF (while waiting on diagnosis), my husband made him a big crust of masa and arepa flour combo. He cooked it on the grill like our other pizzas. It was similar to a giant tortilla. My son had that for a gf option for close to a year.
