Sugar overload can be epidemic at the holidays. But, it really isn’t Christmas without a few sweet treats.
Years ago, I spent my junior year in college living and studying in France. It was most definitely a dream come true. While there I ate some of the best meals of my life and picked up some fun traditions in the process. One of those traditions is our family’s favorite Christmas cake, a buche de noel, or yule log cake. While it looks very complex, it doesn’t have to be, especially if you follow these simple tips.
