Ingredients
- 3 oz strawberry gelatin
- 1 ¼ cup hot water
- 1 pt vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup sliced strawberries plus extra for garnish
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin with the hot water. Stir until well dissolved.3 oz strawberry gelatin, 1 ¼ cup hot water
- Stir in the ice cream until melted and well combined. Place the bowl in the fridge until thickened, but not set, about XX minutes.1 pt vanilla ice cream
- Fold in the strawberries. Turn the filling into the pie crust and chill until firm.1 cup sliced strawberries, 1 graham cracker pie crust
- Garnish with additional strawberries and serve.
