Congratulations on your new book. May it sell well for you! The photo of the family is lovely. I checked my library’s website and it seems we have two copies of your first one (both checked out!) but no mention of your new one (and it usually shows the ones “being acquired”) so I’ll ask how to request a purchase.
On a completely different matter, I’d like to put in a tiny request about the “this post contains links” disclaimer such as is at the top of this post. Could that possibly be moved to the bottom of the post rather than the top? With the truncated feed now, I get to see that and about one sentence, which means I am basically deciding whether to click over or not based on the subject line. That’s generally not enough to catch my attention, so I just delete the message from Outlook and move on. It’s probably better for my own time management, but I don’t think that is your goal, so I figured I’d at least ask.

Thanks for requesting it at your library, Sandi. I hear you on the truncated/disclaimer thing. I’m working on different solutions on both the display and the truncating. I appreciate your feedback. It was not something I like doing, but I also like being compliant with laws and a business’ tos. I will see what I can do.

Congratulations! I love following all your posts. I was just telling my husband the other day a little about your monthly food budget as we were discussing how food prices are going up where we live (Orange County). And I appreciate how you’re launching your book–I too get a little annoyed at the “overkill” book launches. 🙂 I don’t have a juicer but I do have three little kids who don’t love to eat veggies all the time, and I’m guessing you’re able to get a lot of veggies in those drinks. I will have to check it out!

Congratulations!!

Yay! I’m so excited for you! I hope the whole book launch thing goes well for you, and that you will see it on the shelves, but in the meantime, you KNOW you’ve done something important with your kids, and that’s what really counts.
Jessica Fisher
Thank you for the reminder that success is defined differently than how many copies are on the shelf. 🙂
Sandi
You don’t want the copies on the shelf anyway, you want them in people’s homes. 🙂

Too true!

Congratulations on your new baby – may it grow to be a long standing pillar of the community
