Creamy Garlic Dressing with Cilantro

Your favorite Ranch dressing gets a little SW twist in this creamy garlic dressing studded with cilantro and infused with cumin.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl or jar, combine the mayonnaise and buttermilk. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Adjust the amount of buttermilk until the dressing is the desired consistency.
  3. Stir in the garlic, cilantro, cumin, and pepper.

  4. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve as a salad dressing or dip for veggies — or pizza.
