This quick and easy ravioli casserole is super delicious, a great recipe for a potluck, easy dinner, or freezer meal. With just five ingredients, it comes together in less than 10 minutes plus a 20-minute bake.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a skillet, brown the sausage and onion, until the sausage is cooked through and the onion is clear.
1 lb bulk Italian sausage, 1 onion
Spread ¼ cup marinara on the bottom of the prepared pan.
24 oz marinara sauce
Place ½ the ravioli in the pan, spreading them out to make an even layer. Top with ½ the sausage and onion mixture. Pour ½ the sauce atop this. Top with 1 ½ cups cheese.
24 oz ravioli, 3 cups mozzarella cheese
Repeat the layering process using the rest of the ravioli, meat mixture, sauce, and cheese.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.
