Bake someone happy with these super cute Easter Bunny Cinnamon Rolls. All you need are canned rolls and biscuits as well as a few sprinkles and candy details.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
The cinnamon rolls will serve as the bunny face. Place these on the prepared baking sheets. The finished bunny cinnamon rolls will be quite large. You will likely only be able to fit two to three bunnies on each baking sheet.
1 17.5 ounce package large refrigerator cinnamon rolls
Using a biscuit cutter, cut two ear shapes off the top and bottom of each biscuit. The remainder will be a bow tie shape. Dip the ears into pink colored sugar or sprinkles and the bow tie into whatever color sprinkles you like. Tuck these under the top and bottom of the cinnamon roll.
colored sprinkles, 1 16.3-ounce package large refrigerator biscuits
Bake the bunny cinnamon rolls 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on a rack.
Transfer the frosting that came with the cinnamon rolls to a small sandwich bag and cut off the tip for a makeshift piping bag.
Once the rolls are cooled, use the frosting to adhere the candy eyes on the bunny faces and to draw a mouth and whiskers. (See note below if using an alternative ingredient for the eyes.)

To make ahead: I am partial to making homemade cinnamon rolls for these bunnies, so I freeze my cinnamon rolls and some extra dough a few weeks in advance to make it easy. The night before baking, I pull out the cinnamon rolls and dough to thaw and rise. In the morning, the kids can assemble their Cinnamon Roll Bunnies. If you want to make these gluten-free, homemade is going to be the way to go.
