Divide the yogurt into the container of your choice in the portion size you will want to serve after thawing. Firm sided dishes like Souper Cubes or plastic containers with lids work best, but bags will work as well.

Be sure to label and date the containers that are going in the freezer as it’s sometimes hard to identify after freezing. Store in the freezer until a few hours prior to using.
Thaw the yogurt in the fridge and add to your recipes.
