This easy Turkey Taco Salad is affordable as well as absolutely delicious. Customize it to suit your preferences or whatever you have on hand that needs using up. A taco in a bowl -- it's a good cheap eat!
Divide the crushed chips among four bowls. Top with equal amounts of meat, lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes.
2 cup tortilla chips, 1 head leaf lettuce, 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded), 2 tomato
Serve the sauces and any optional toppings on the side.
sour cream, salsa, and/or hot sauce, optional taco toppings: chopped onion, sliced black olives, chopped avocado, fajita vegetables
