Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, combine the seasonings.
1 tablespoon garlic powder,
1 tablespoon coarse salt,
1 tablespoon smoked paprika,
1 teaspoon black pepper,
½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper,

Coat hamburger patties generously prior to grilling.
Store leftover spice mix in a closed container.
