Instructions
In a large pot, combine the apple juice, water, cloves, ginger, and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, covered. Strain the mixture into a heated tea pot.
4 cup apple juice, 4 cup water, 6 whole cloves, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 inch fresh ginger
Steep the tea bags in the hot juice for 2-3 minutes. Pour into cups and garnish with apple slices and additional cinnamon sticks for stirrers.
