This copycat of Jello 123 is easy to make with just three ingredients. It comes together easily and tastes delicious. Customize it to suit whatever color and flavor gelatin you prefer.
In a glass mixing bowl, combine the gelatin and water. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
6 oz raspberry gelatin, 2 cups boiling water
Spoon in ⅔ of the container of whipped topping, stirring as it melts.
12 oz frozen whipped topping
Pour the mixture into glasses. The mixture will separate and form distinct ombre layers. Chill for several hours in the fridge. Thaw the remainder of the topping in the fridge.
When ready to serve, dollop more whipped topping on the top of the cups and add raspberries for garnish.
