Combine the ginger syrup and lemon juice in a large pitcher and stir until well blended. Stir in the water to taste. Adjust by adding more syrup or lemon juice to suit your preferences.
1 cup ginger syrup, 1 cup lemon juice, 5 to 6 cups water
Serve over ice or chill prior to serving.
