These Easy Cranberry Rolls, loaded with dried cranberries and orange zest, are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

You'll need: milk, honey, butter, yeast, dried cranberries, an egg, some spices, salt, orange zest, white whole wheat flour, and regular all-purpose.

You can mix the dough in a stand mixer, in the bread machine, or by hand. It depends on what you have. Everything works!

The dough will need about 90 minutes to rise and another 15 to 20 to bake. But, most of this time is passive, ie you can do something else.

These Cranberry Rolls are good as a breakfast pastry, for lunch as a sandwich base, or for dinner to fill the bread basket! Watch them disappear!
