Preheat the oven to 475 °. Spray a pizza screen with nonstick cooking spray.
Flatten the dough into a thin round and place on the prepared screen.

Spread the tomato sauce over the crust and sprinkle with Greek Spice Blend.
6 tablespoon tomato sauce, ½ teaspoon Greek Spice Blend
Layer the spinach leaves over the sauce. Layer the mushrooms, feta cheese, and tomatoes over the spinach. Top with mozzarella.
2 to 3 handfuls baby spinach, ½ cup mushrooms sliced, ½ cup feta cheese crumbles, 1 roma tomato, 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the crust is crisp and the cheese melted and lightly browned.
