baby greens

avocado
peeled and sliced
15.5-ounce can
garbanzo beans

tomato
chopped

cup
blue cheese crumbles
or feta cheese crumbles

whole black olives

green onion

red wine vinegar

Instructions
Layer the greens, avocado, beans, tomato, cheese, olives, and scallion in the order listed.

1 avocado,
15.5-ounce can garbanzo beans,
2 tomato,
½ cup blue cheese crumbles,
4 oz whole black olives,
1 green onion
Drizzle the vinegar and oil over the top.
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar,
1 tablespoon olive oil
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
