In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, place the peaches, sugar, and orange juice. Blend until very smooth.
Alternate layers of peach mixture and spoonfuls of yogurt in popsicle molds. Freeze until firm.

Nutritional values are approximate and based on ⅓ the recipe. Amount of puree will vary based on the size of the peaches. Freeze leftover puree in extra molds.Variations: swap out the peaches for any fresh or frozen fruit you like, such as:

Taste the mixture prior to adding the sugar and adjust to taste.
