Preheat the oven to 325°. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. .
In a large mixing bowl combine the oil and brown sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition. Stir in the applesauce and vanilla extract. .
In another large mixing bowl, sift together flours, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, and baking soda. Add this to the wet mixture. Sprinkle the walnuts over the dry ingredients. Gently fold until well incorporated. .
Pour into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 70-85 minutes or until tester comes out with a few crumbs attached. Cool on rack. .
In a small mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar and the remaining ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Stir in the orange juice until smooth. Glaze the cooled bread.

Promptly store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature, for up to 4 days.To freeze: wrap cooled loaf in plastic wrap and then place in a ziptop freezer bag in the freezer. Thaw wrapped at room temperature. Nutritional values are approximate and based on 1/12 a loaf.
