With a homemade pizza dough, an olive oil garlic sauce, caramelized onions, sliced mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, shredded mozzarella cheese, and crumbled goat cheese, this thin crust pizza is a guaranteed hit for your next pizza dinner!
Preheat the oven to 475 degrees. Spray a 12-inch pizza pan or screen with nonstick cooking spray. Fit the pizza dough into the pan, stretching to fit.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook, covered, until the onions are very soft, stirring occasionally, about 7-10 minutes, until wilted.

Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, combine the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil with the parmesan cheese, garlic, and seasoning mix. Stir well to combine.

Spread this garlic sauce over the prepared pizza round. Scatter the onions over the top.
Layer the toppings, distributing them evenly: mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and goat cheese.

Sprinkle the mozzarella over all.

Bake the pizza for 8 to 9 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is crisp. Remove to a cutting surface to slice. Serve immediately.
