Ingredients

  • 4 carrots
  • 2 cucumber
  • other veggies of your choice optional
  • vinegar & water
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Wash the veggies in vinegar-water solution.
  2. Peel the carrots completely.
  3. Peel intermittent strips off the cucumbers.
  4. Slice carrots and cucumbers on an angle.
  5. Arrange on a tray and serve.
