Sweet and spicy  Candied Almonds are highly addictive. Naturally sweetened with maple syrup, they're also super easy to make!

You need just a handful of ingredients: whole almonds, maple syrup, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne, allspice, and chile powder.

In a mixing bowl, combine the maple syrup, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne, allspice, and chile powder. Add the almonds and stir to coat them well.

Lay them out on a lined baking sheet and bake, stirring occasionally, until the almonds are candied. Cool and serve!

Store the Candied Almonds in an airtight container at room temperature. They are delicious in a salad with fruit and cheese!
