More 30 Minute Meal Plans-COVER

For the last few months, I’ve been putting together monthlong meal plans. They’ve been super helpful to many households who want to good cheap eats but may not have the time or energy to put it all together in a cohesive way. Planning and shopping take time!

This month, I’ve got a new Month of Meals for you. It features recipes from my new cookbook, Good Cheap Eats Dinner in 30 Minutes or Less.

The Meal Plan is FREE.

I really believe that the way to make a cookbook work for you is to read the book, use the recipes, and mix and match them to suit your life. Hopefully this monthly meal plan can help!

While the meal doesn’t contain recipes — you’ll need the cookbook for that — it does have all the great perks of the previous meal plans:

  • 4 weeks of menus
  • 4 weekly grocery lists and 1 list for the whole month
  • prep tips for making it easier
  • leftover alerts so you don’t waste anything
  • and special this month: gluten-free adaptations

I’m currently eating gluten-free to help some health issues, so we’ll be using this meal plan right alongside you. I swear I was salivating while I was putting it together.

The meal plan is available now, but you won’t be able to use it until you’ve got the cookbook. The cookbook is technically available September 8, but you may be able to get a copy sooner. You can order it from Amazon or check your local book store. IndieBound has a directory of stores that would carry it.

So, while you can’t put the meal plan into action just yet, you will soon. Grab the plan now so that you can scope out the ingredients and check for sales. You’ll be all ready when the book comes out.

I can’t wait to get my cookbook! Now that I’m “nanny” to my grandson, I don’t have as much time to plan and prepare meals. I’ve really enjoyed your other cookbooks and I’m sure this one will not be an exception. My question, is how in the heck do you manage to home school your kids, blog and write cookbooks??? You go girl!

I can’t wait to buy this! I love your other cookbooks and I know this one is going to be good too. I’ve been freezing extra portions for lunches so we don’t overeat at meal time. It is just my husband and I. He has heart failure and severe allergies, and your recipes are a perfect fit for our needs – budget friendly too! I’m so glad I found your website!

It looks great! My big dilemma is whether to buy it for the Kindle or in book form. I really love to cook both ways.

Hi Jessica, Thanks for this new cookbook and Good Cheap Eats. Your down to earth approach to cooking is much needed. Especially enjoy all the advice in meal planning, shopping tips, and budget thoughts. At 64 years old I have been cooking for family, friends and community for years. It is a challenge but possible. I enjoy it all. Gathering around the table with good food is what it is all about. You are a blessing and voice of ‘can do’. Thanks so much. Suze aka Marmee to Henry James my grandson. He and I cook together all the time.
