Pancakes
Pancakes are great to make as a freezer meal. Cook the pancakes as you normally would then cool them on a baking rack. Wrap them in bundles of 3-4 pancakes per short stack and store in a zippered freezer bag or other freezer-safe container. Reheat in the microwave, toaster, or oven before serving.

Egg Bakes
In most cases, egg bakes have best texture if you freeze them prior to baking. This gives them the freshest texture and flavor. Prepare the recipe up until the baking step, wrap and place level in the freezer. Bake from frozen.
If you want to bake it in advance, like we recommend with our egg bites, bake and cool. Then store in an airtight container in the freezer. Reheat in the microwave or oven before serving.

Breakfast Sandwiches & Proteins
Breakfast sandwiches and breakfast proteins are great to store cooked and ready to go in the freezer.
Store them in a zippered freezer bag or other freezer-safe container. Reheat in the microwave, toaster, or oven before serving.

Muffins
Muffins are one of my favorite breakfasts to freeze — unbaked! Yep. It’s easy to do and allows you to enjoy a freshly baked muffin any time of day.
If you prefer, you can bake, cool, and freeze muffins and then reheat them prior to serving. Both methods work well.

French Toast
Cook the French toast as you normally would, then cool the slices on a baking rack. Wrap them in bundles and store in a zippered freezer bag or other freezer-safe container. Reheat in the microwave, toaster, or oven before serving.

Breakfast Pastries
Like muffin, breakfast pastries can be frozen baked or unbaked. Check out these delicious breakfast recipes you can freeze:
