Contrary to popular belief, you don’t need to spend days in the kitchen to make freezer cooking work for you. In fact, in as little as two hours, you can pull together ten meals. I know because I put together several meal plans like that for my cookbook.

The book features ten cooking plans that vary in length so that no matter how much time you have, you can find a way to cook ahead.

To further illustrate my point, here’s a vlog I recorded over two years ago. I was actually drafting the book proposal at the time I filmed this. Makes me laugh. Look how young I was! In the video I explain how much you can do in just three hours.

That looks easy, doesn’t it? It is!

I received my cookbook today, pre-ordered from Amazon. Very excited to put it to use! Thank you!

  2. I also pre-ordered and didn’t get mine yet 🙁 Hopefully it’s with UPS who is still out driving around somewhere 🙂 Cannot wait to read it and start filling my freezer. We’re actually eating the freezer tonight in preparation for refilling it 🙂
