Freezer meals have saved my bacon on more than one occasion. Just last week when I heard from a friend who was struggling, I was able to throw a meatloaf and a pan of mac and cheese in a grocery bag (along with salad fixings, ice cream, and cookies) and provide dinner — without stressing out or running to the store for something extra.

  2. I love your first cookbook and use it all the time- are there new recipes in the second edition? Are all the recipes from the first edition in the second? Give me a reason why I should buy it when I’m already happy with the first edition 😉
