Summer Rolls

Nakano Vinegar is a staple at my house. It’s been my favorite brand since I got married. Since Asian Chicken Salad and Summer Rolls are some of our favorite warm weather treats, I try to make them as often as I can during nice weather days. That means that we go through a lot rice vinegar at our house.

But you don’t have to cook up a specific recipe to add flavor. In college, splashing rice vinegar on a salad was all the rage. Oh my! One of my biggest dorm life memories. And I love sprinkling rice vinegar over hot, boiled potatoes right before making potato salad. I think it’s the secret to perfect potato salad. It adds a very light touch of sweetness, while still keeping a little tang.

Get Splashing

Currently, Nakano is a offering a very fun Splash Madness Sweepstakes. The prizes would be an asset to any kitchen. Seeing as my refrigerator is currently freezing anything in the top shelf and bottom drawer, I wouldn’t mind winning:

  • Grand Prize: New, top of the line refrigerator – valued at $1500
  • Second Prize: Juicer or Blender – valued at $500
  • Third Prize: Selection of Nakano Vinegars plus a cooking accessory (i.e. garlic press or lemon zester) – valued at $100

Enter to Win

All you have to do to enter is “like” the NAKANO Facebook page and enter a favorite “splash tip” using NAKANO’s Seasoned Rice Vinegars for a chance to win.
