Here’s what I served my family today

Breakfast – Cereal, Milk

Mid Morning Snack – Cinnamon Banana Bread

I bought bananas on a good sale a few weeks ago. They’ve gone spotty, so it’s time to use them up. I used six of them to make four loaves of banana bread. I’ve got four more bananas for smoothies tomorrow. We ate 1 loaf of bread for snack.

Lunch –┬áChicken, Banana Bread, String Cheese, Carrots and Dip, A Big Salad for Mom

We had leftover chicken for lunch. I put mine on a salad (pictured) with the cilantro dressing I bought yesterday. So good! We ate another loaf of banana bread at lunch.

Afternoon Snack – Banana Bread

Do you see a theme here? It’s really good bread. We ate a third loaf. The recipe will be in the cookbook. Wait for it….

Dinner – Garlicky Chicken and Noodle Bake, Green Beans, Carrots

Experiment that worked out extremely well. Even my picky eaters ate the casserole. There was none left, except for the batch I am freezing. Again, wait for it….

How delicious was YOUR day?
