Here’s what I served my family today

Breakfast – Bagels and fruit

Lunch – Leftovers

Dinner – Pasta for the fam; Chick-Fil-A for me

I went out to dinner with a friend and the family had pasta. Easy day. No complaints.

  1. I made Chili for last night’s supper (w/ everything from my pantry & freezer)…TVP Chili to be exact. We will use the leftovers for Chili Nachos tonight.

  2. We have a new family favorite. Peanut Butter Granola Balls. It is so easy and we all love them.

    Melt 1/3 cup honey, 1/4 natural peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Stir in 1 cup rice krispies and 1 cup oats ( I like the texture with quick oats but it was still good with old fashioned) and 1/4 cup dried fruit or chocolate chips.

    Drop by tablespoon into mini cupcake liners. Refrigerate until set. Refrigerate in airtight container for 1 week.
