Since I make my own salad dressings, I buy a lot of vinegar. A lot. It seems like that’s the one item that I often run out of.

So when I see a good sale and a good coupon, I stock up. Lately my stockpile contains a lot of Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar. I had $1 coupons and found a great price at Walmart. Since I know we’ll use it, there’s no reason not to have a few extra bottles on hand.

Love Rice Vinegar

In fact, seasoned rice vinegar is a major player in three of our family’s favorite dishes.

Asian Noodle Salad with Chicken (pictured above) – a great make ahead and freeze recipe for the chicken and an ideal way to add tons of fresh veggies to your diet.

Potstickers and Dipping Sauce make a meal or appetizer that everyone loves. I cheat and buy the frozen potstickers, but mixing the dipping sauce fresh makes these so much more.

Summer Rolls are super fun to make and eat. We started the tradition last winter and even though Summer is long gone, I’m looking forward to adding some freshness to our winter days.
