As a kid my mom made the best plum popsicles. I haven’t been able to replicate that taste yet. Going to try your recipe. Do you leave the skins on and what variety of plums do you use? Hers were a deep purple.

You’ll have better texture (but lighter color) if you peel them, but I’m usually too lazy to do that. Be sure to puree very smooth. I use whatever is on sale.
