Good basic pulled chicken sandwich. I hit it with a faux CFA sauce I found at Trader Joe’s. Added a bit of cheddar and it was amazing!

Ditto! Love it and so glad you included the IP instructions!

How much of the spice mix do you use?
Janelle
Oh wait, I see it in the ingredients! Somehow I skimmed over it!

I’ve been looking for a way to cut our grocery budget and put more towards being debt free faster! THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing all of your wonderful ideas and menus with us and FOR FREE! You’ve blessed our family beyond words!
I do have a question though, how would you adjust the poaching time using TJ’s frozen chicken tenders?
Thank you again!!!
Jessica Fisher
I’d add maybe five minutes? Those are my go-to and they really cook quickly.
Amy
We had these for dinner tonight and OH MY! they were so good! These are for sure on my go to list in the future. The spice mix totally made them! I am looking forward to using it on more things in the future.

Having your own spice blends is such a lifesaver. You can use them on anything. I use them a lot for salad dressings and to season meats. Glad you liked the sandwiches!
Never thought about poaching anything but a roasting chicken before? Are the tenders the frozen kind from a bag or fresh?
Jessica
I typically buy them fresh. I usu do a whole chicken in the slow cooker, bone-in breasts in the oven, and boneless on the grill or poached. 🙂
