A little known fact about me is my deep, abiding love of mushrooms. My mother tells the story of how I once ate the entire plate of sauteed mushrooms that they once ordered — for themselves — at a steak house. I was just a toddler.
So I’m pleased to have the opportunity to share recipes with one of my very favorite ingredients – mushrooms – over on the Mushroom Channel. What a great excuse to buy more mushrooms!
