In the immortal words of Calvin, “the days are just packed.” And while my family is trying to simplify, dejunk, and otherwise stop and smell the roses, feeding a small army of eight can be a lot of work. Meal planning in advance helps me so much to get my head on straight, to shop wisely, and eat well.
