Tomato, Tomahto – It All Tastes Good

Pico de Gallo

Hopefully, if you’re a gardener, you’ve still got a good supply of fresh tomatoes coming your way. My plants did not fare very well this year, so I’m relying on my husband’s coworker to share his excess. There is nothing better than a fresh tomato from the garden.

And if you’re bored of delicious slices, drizzled with vinegar and a crush of black pepper and a sprinkling of salt, try one of these on for size:

:: Salsa from Owlhaven

:: Avocado, Onion, and Tomato Salad from My Blessed Life

:: Stuffed Tomatoes from $5 Dinners

:: Orecchiette with Slow-Roasted Tomatoes, Basil, and Parmesan from Good Life Eats

:: 14 Ways to Enjoy Fresh Tomatoes from Simple Bites

:: Gazpacho from Kosher on a Budget

:: Grilled Tomato Pasta from Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures

:: Homemade Salsa from The Happy Housewife
