I haven’t made this in a couple of years, but we had it tonight and man, we’ve been missing out! Sooooo good!!!!
Jessica Fisher
I haven’t made that in awhile either. Thanks for the nudge. Yummy.
Anna
Yum. I’ll try this!
Normally my family only eats traditional pizzas–pepperoni, or cheeseburger, or cheese.
The most unique pizzas I’ve made are Mac ‘n’ Cheese (just leftover creamy MnC with lots of extra cheese on a pizza crust.
Runza Pizza (a combo of hamburger, finely shredded cabbage, diced onion, salt and pepper all cooked together then spread on a pizza crust and covered with cheese).
I’ve used leftover meatloaf diced up and put on the pizza. Also, finely diced hot dogs under the cheese.
One day I will attempt a Bulgogi pizza, and a Sesame Chicken pizza. I’m just trying to figure out a good sauce recipe since tomato sauce won’t work.

Cilantro must be a weekly staple at your house. Do you have a special way to preserve the herb? I’m buying the thai sauce this week to try this.
I like to make the chicken enchildada recipe from crisco.com and freeze 2-3 pans when chicken goes on sale. I make my own broth from boiled chicken to make the enchilada sauce.
This base would be good on pizza too-chicken enchilda pizza using the enchilada sauce. We’ll have to tweak that sometime and see how it tastes, but we love the fresh cilantro taste. Thanks for thai pizza recipe.
Jessica
Yes, it is. And yes, I do. I explain how I store cilantro: Saving Cilantro.
I will have to try the enchilada pizza. Hubs would love that! Thanks for the idea!
Deb
Tried this last night but cooked it with the cilantro already on it (I had missed that part of the directions! Whoops!)
It came out awesome!
Thanks!
Blessings on the journey~

This looks so yummy! I love doing pizzas with different toppings rather than the “normal” toppings.

Oh YUM! I love Thai pizza…one of my faves! Yours looks great, I’ll have to try it!
Steph @ The Cheapskate Cook
I love that it uses frugal pantry staples because that means I usually have pretty much everything on hand except the Pad Thai sauce. So did you make this up or find inspiration from somewhere?
Carrie
This looks absolutely delicious! I had a thai chicken pizza at a restaurant more than three years ago. It was SO DELICIOUS! I want to go in the kitchen and make this pizza for breakfast! 🙂
